Island Gyal Fitness is a movement to celebrate all women! While many of us Island Gyals may be rooted in more than one country like myself, at this time it is not possible to include more than one flag choice for your item.

Island Gyals not from the Caribbean - don't worry, we love you too! You may include ANY 1 (one) flag of your choice, or choose to omit the flag all together. Canadian, Samoan, American, Mexican, Hawaiian, Filipina, Armenian, British, Nigerian, Japanese - we're all dynamic Island Gyals. Represent with pride!
